Cambridge II 16X16. This CD-player I merely bought for its transport, the Philips CDM-2. It's not the best transport, but has to do for now. The sound is in fact quite good. It's very natural and musical, much better than some other players from the same price class.

I have modified this one, replaced the eight NE5534's (why do they keep using them??) to OPA604's, the MKT (yuch!) outputcapacitors to paper/oils and some resistors to Allan-Bradley. The player has a total different sound now, and in my ears a better one.
