You can send your order or requirements to our E-mail adres: info@machmat.com. We speak Dutch (We spreken Nederlands), USA/English and German (Wir sprechen Deutsch) language. We do not work with shopping carts and check-out pages, because we think every part and situation it is used in is unique in audio and we like to keep things personal for that reason. Our advise, if you want it, is always for free.

We check our stock for the tubes and/or parts in your order and let you know if everything is available, mostly within one day. We also make you an offer. This offer is valid for one week. If you agree with our offer, we work out payment details. Goods will be send as soon as possible after the money has arrived on one of our accounts.

We accept the following Payments:

• Bank wire transfers. Please note there will be an 10.00 euro extra charge to cover the banking costs for transfers outside of Europe. Bank wire transfers inside the EEC do not carry any extra costs.
• All major credit cards are accepted through paypal. We cannot accept creditcards directly. Our paypal account is paypal@machmat.com. Please add 4% on the total for international handling costs and Paypal fees.
• Western Union money transfer.
• Cash in registered letter. Please note we can not take any responsibility for money getting lost in the mail.
• International money orders and personal checks. Our bank does not accept some money orders or checks from some countries and banks. There is no list availble of which unfortunately, therefore we can only try and see if they accept yours. Also we have an additional charge of 12.00 euro for these payments to cover our administration and banking costs. Also we will have to wait until the check or money order clears by my bank, this takes about one week on average.
